I graduated on the 4th of December, 2021. The year that COVID delayed the HSC and resulted in online schooling and countless hours of zoom meetings.

I plan on working as a lifeguard during the day, and multiple hospitality jobs by night to save for a trip overseas in 2022. The mission is to study a Bachelor of Science at the Australian National University in 2023, after a year off, spent globetrotting. I was a part of the 2019 German Immersion trip, whereby I developed connections with many friends in Europe, whom I plan to see as I make my way across Europe and to America. In 2022, I will likely continue my involvement in Surf Club and Community Theatre, as these aspects of the sapphire coast lifestyle are unmissable opportunities.

Friends of Lumen may recall the time I spoke of life as a metaphorical train station, whereby every station is a new destination and every train a new experience. I’m unsure as to where the final stop on my journey lies, however, I’ll keep boarding trains until I find it.

My talents lie across a multitude of domains, and choosing one to capitalize on seems scary, however, my personal philosophy for the future is to be happy, independent, and decent.

Let’s see where that takes me!
