Since graduating from Lumen Christ 5 years ago, I’ve been volunteering with the Christian organisation, Youth With A Mission (YWAM). Initially I had the joy of using Performing Arts in Asia as a tool to share the gospel and advocate against human trafficking and domestic violence.

Since then I’ve been training as a midwife and have worked alongside many creative and incredibly resilient doctors and nurses in developing nations. Many of which, are confronted daily with issues such as a lack of staff and resources, leaving new mothers without the medical attention or education they need.

More recently in light of COVID-19, I’m based in Perth with my husband, continuing to serve mothers specifically those who are dealing with crisis situations.

Whether they are refugees, single mothers… my team and I seek to connect, encourage and empower them through education and support.
