College Updates Term 1 Week 7 - 14 March 2024
Consent notes and information can be found in Compass.
Dear Parents and Carers,
Enrolments for 2025 are now open. If you currently have a child at Lumen Christi with a sibling you’d like to attend Lumen next year, it’s important to complete an online enrolment application form as soon as possible. Once you’ve submitted your child’s online application, the College will contact you with further information. If you know of a family thinking of enrolling at Lumen Christi in 2025 please suggest they complete the online form or contact our Enrolment Officer, Catherine Martino, by telephoning (02) 6495 8888 or emailing catherine.martino@cg.catholic.edu.au.
Term 1 school fee statements were emailed out to families on 29 February 2024 from our new Finance Management System. Term 1 school fees are due in full this Sunday 16 March 2024, unless you have an established payment plan with the school. If the balance of your statement is a minus (-$), you do not owe payment, your account is in credit.
Important information to note:
New BPay Details - With the implementation of the new Financial Management System all families have been issued updated BPay Biller Code and Customer Reference Numbers on the recent statements issued. We encourage families who pay via BPay to please update their BPay payment details as Catholic Education will be closing our former bank account.
Payment of Fees - Payment of College fees can be made by Cheque, Cash, Visa or MasterCard in person at the Front Office or over the phone on 02 6495 8888.
We request that you do not utilise CompassPay as a payment method for school fees because it incurs a significant processing fee to College.
Payment Plans – If you wish to establish a payment plan with the school, please contact the College Fees Officer. Payment plans can be established using Direct Debit, self-Managed BPay Payments through your financial institution or through Centrelink’s Centerpay option.
Fee Statements – School fee statements are automatically issued each month to those accounts with either an outstanding or credit balance. Please ignore these fee statement reminders if you have a payment plan in place.
If you have any questions about your fee statement, require split billing, need assistance calculating a regular payment amount or require an extension of time to pay fees, please contact the College Fees Officer on 6495 8888.
Bega Community Health will be visiting the College on 4th April 2024 to administer the human papillomavirus (HPV) and diphtheriatetanus-pertussis (dTpa) vaccines to Year 7 students. Vaccinations will only be given to students where parents have provided consent. Parents can provide consent via their Service NSW account (please refer to attached flyer for further information) or by collecting an immunisation package from the Lumen Christi Front Desk.
