College Fees

Fees statements are issued at the beginning of each school term and are payable by the end of Week 4 each term. Qkr! is the College's preferred payment method but fees can also be paid by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, B-Pay or Direct Debit.

A non-refundable enrolment deposit of $200 is payable for all students enrolling in Kindergarten. This is credited to your first term fees stat

Applications for UOW Summer Master Class 2026 are now open and will close on Sunday 26 October.

Summer Master Class is a 3 week program, run entirely in person at the Wollongong Campus. While this is a far distance away from our schools, we have some travel grant opportunities for any interested students.

Students coming from a regional area will also be able to apply for a sponsored place (so the program fee reduces from $470 to $270 / $0), AND they can also submit an Equity Grant application to get up to a $500 grant which will be sent out during the program.
